It took us a year to find our home, and Everlasting’s patience was remarkable throughout the process. She never stopped searching for a property that met our specific needs. When a contract we entered in early 2025 fell through due to the home's condition, she continued to support us despite the challenges of distance and time as we traveled from Virginia to find our retirement home in St. Robert, Missouri.
During our recent Christmas and New Year vacation, we found a house we loved. Although Everlasting was out of the country at the time, she immediately arranged for someone to give us a tour. By the time we left Missouri, the contract and inspections were already underway under her supervision.
Everlasting advocated for us on numerous occasions regarding concerns with the seller and provided expert guidance on what to negotiate.
